You’re doing all the right things and yet something or many things just aren’t working. WTF.
Let me lay it down for you.
Every area of your life is interconnected and interdependent. And they’re all connected via your heart, habits and beliefs. Your habits can be on point - but if your beliefs are fucked up, your results will be too, and vise versa. You can have the worlds best yoga and meditation practice but if you’re not eating and thinking in the way your body requires, you’ll still struggle.
PS: struggle is personal. Maybe you’re sick of workin’ it and still feeling loose and flabby. You want to be hot and toned and powerful. Maybe you don’t care about all that but you can’t kick this brain fog and wish you just had the energy to do your art, purpose and life work.

As a divorced, relationshipping, mom of 3 (OMG almost-all-teens), running a business, always busy and doing shit…

On the body level: I grew up with body dysmorphia and eating disorders. Then got preggo at 20 and gained 80 pounds. Spent over a decade getting leaner but not more fit, as I learned that it was about more than eating right and running and pilates. (you want to know, right?)
Then there’s the MIND level, the PATH level and the POWER level. I clump them all up together because they’re interwoven just like food, fitness and self love. Fucked on one, and the rest will follow.
